1.1. To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be in brand new, unused condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
1.2. Items must be exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Non-Eligible Items:
2.1. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items such as underwear, swimwear, or earrings, unless they are faulty or damaged.
2.2. Items purchased on clearance or during promotional sales are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of defects or damages.
